I also didn't see in this video the people that were hit with pepper spray doing anything but holding their cell phones.


Once objects are thrown from the crowd, the entire crowd needs to be dispersed. Pepper spray works well for that.

Another point worth repeating on blast -- there wasn't initially a protest! The agitators were there obstructing ICE and alerting would-be illegals. The protest was only after the shooting.

Not to mention looks like they threw items at the car and oh by the way the protest occurred after a group followed HSI agents to the location they were executing a search warrant at and proceeded to try and impede their operation.

So once again this is FAFO when you try to impede federal agents and then call it a protest after the fact. The sad part is that these agitators actually caused harm to innocent civilians in the area that were trapped by the "protest".
