First time I saw a gender reveal party, I thought it was a family argument over Equal vs Sweet-n-Low.
94chem,
That, sir, was the greatest post in the history of TexAgs. I salute you. -- Dough

So far only in some glass bottles. Is coca cola going to change to cane sugar in cans and plastic bottles? If so, when?

I gave up Coke and other soda/pop so I don't GAF anymore!

I only drink coke with Jack, but no corn syrup would be nice.
I hate tu. It's in my blood.

Refined cans Sugar is just as bad for you as corn syrup.

This. This cane sugar lovers because it's some sort of more purified option always crack me up. It is not a better choice healthwise. It will do all the same **** that high fructose corn syrup does.

I honestly don't know anyone who prefers cane sugar for "health benefits" over corn syrup. You think when people rave about Mexican coke, it's because they think it's healthier???

Nah...give me cane sugar Dr Pepper bc it TASTES BETTER.

There are some that think high fructose corn syrup is the devil, and not because of taste. That it is some sort of chemical where sugar has been manufactured into an even more unhealthy form, which is bs

Are you sure it's discontinued? One of our little grocerys here still has the 4 packs made with cane sugar on the shelf.

It's proven to be optimal fuel for many cancers. It also has a greater effect on insulin production which in insulin resistant people leads to greater fat storage and liver fat

Bunk science, both are bad. One is more utilized in foods due to its form hence the findings, but sugar is just as bad as it's the same damn thing. If they were pouring the equivalent piles of cane sugar into said drinks and foods, you'd see the same findings on impact

I maintain that a general drinker will drink fewer cane sugar sodas vs HFCS sodas. But I have no way to prove that other than that is my own experience.
