It is clear he was railroaded.

Is there processes available to allow pardon individuals the ability to leave prison with no announcement? No notice?

That dude life will never be the same.

He's in state prison. Federal pardon won't help him.

Yes the trial was a farce, and no he didnt kill him. But a pardon wont help him, there is no justice in Liberal cities.

Chauvin is in federal prison.

A pardon would put him in state prison. He does not want that I suspect.

Reverse. He's in fed prison for safety. But POTUS pardon won't make the state convictions go away.

No reason to do so. As others have said, he is better off in federal prison.

If the state conviction is tossed, then consider a pardon for the federal charges.

My effing gosh. Can you get any more irrational bleeding heart leftist?

I dont want my police to have to police felons who consume enough substances to kill a horse and get blamed for their death either though!

Correct. He plead guilty on the federal charges explicitly to get out of state prison and into federal.

Well, Chauvin didn't murder anyone.

And somehow I have a feeling you wouldn't say that if this thread was about Michael Byrd.

Which the jury did not buy after listening to the evidence. All the defense needed for an acquittal was to convince a single juror there was reasonable doubt and they couldn't even do that.

No, I'm fine with where he is.

I don't like ******* cops. Just cause he could doesn't mean he should have.

He had the option to not do what he did. He did because he wanted to. Dude is a sick **** and would have hurt other people.

Also don't care that Floyd died.

I know that police state loving bleeders are gonna come on here and call me a leftist bleeder. Don't care. I'm Trump all three times and straight ticket voting conservative.

FIL and uncle both retired police chiefs. Other uncle and two cousins are police.

All of them weren't willing to condemn the cop (because they never will openly) when it first became news but they all knew he was in trouble as soon as they saw it.

Saying he would hurt other people in future (you must be Paul Atreides able to see the future) is not a reason to convict someone of a crime they didnt commit.

He followed police department procedure.

That's quite literally the only productive thing that he ever did in his life, by far.

"Eating too many drugs" in police custody and getting a gold coffin service and democrat donations.

Robbing pregnant women at gunpoint doesn't get you 11-figures of capital movement.

No, but it's a good enough reason for me not to give a *****

He was not some good guy who just got railroaded. He's an ******* that did something he didn't have to do.

That guy had no regard for Floyd's life.

I probably don't either as he wasn't worth anything but that's also why I wouldn't be a cop.

Example 400,567,843,956 how sensitive grown men can't understand that somebody might just disagree with them and has to revert to calling them names and trying to "other" them.

Like I said earlier straight ticket republican three times Trump voter.

Politically loving everything that's happening right now.

Don't feel bad for Floyd. Don't feel bad for the lady that got shot yesterday.

The cop is also an ******* & should be in prison.

You don't have to call people names just because they don't agree with you. Makes you look like you lack self confidence and/or intelligence. I've never met you so I don't know for sure if you are ******ed & don't want to just assume so because this is the complete data set I have to go on.
