I'll bite. im not sure why you expect an answer that isn't "honest" or what you even mean by that, but I'll give you my answers to what I can. I don't have opinions on all of this though and you put a lot so probably missing some.
On open borders. I don't think we should have open borders and I do think there should be attainable legal ways to enter the country and become a citizen. I don't however think building an expensive wall is going to solve any of it. I also don't think our current government is being honest or ethical in its attempts to remove illegals from the US. This isn't some game to be played. These are real humans and real families. Focus on fixing the border to stop/slow the continuation of the problem.
Socialism doesn't have to mean Stalinism. Also there can be a middle ground. As a father of a special needs child I'd like to not have health benefits for my daughter tied to maintaining employment at a corporation. Also the constant drive for profits has greatly reduced the quality of the products I'm buying over time. I don't know what the right economic answer is, but to say we already got it perfectly right seems like hubris. There has to be better than this.
Evaluating the government for waste isn't bad. Having a billionaire South African do it who has plenty to gain with the info he gained access to is the problem I have.
Social media monopolies are not good for society no matter who is pressuring them. There should absolutely be a push to remove false reporting and push truth. That said it is getting very difficult to know what is real or true. On most social media I'm fed the same things over and over. It's the same for you and for everyone else. Most the x posts you see aren't real people. There is no real path to societal value in social media.
Both sides want to make rules in elections that favor their ability to influence who can and cannot vote. Personally I'd like to be able to vote without going to a booth and I think we should strive to make voting as easy for all citizens as possible.
I think there is a middle ground on DEI. In some ways / places it definitely went too far. It is something that came about to try to solve a societal problem stemming from years of a mostly white male workforce. People often flock to those they are similar too. DEI aimed to open doors to the dissimilar. I think saying there is no problem to address is disingenuous. If DEI isn't the answer then an honest government would seek to find/create a new answer instead of starting a fire everyone witch hunt.
