This is good but I have almost zero faith anything will come of it.

Despite being 5 years later, putting the full weight of the DOJ behind investigating and prosecuting those that conducted and were responsible for the widespread fraud (full weight = J6 investigation style) should inevitably lead to arrests. We all saw the videos and the evidence of misconduct was obvious.

Let's see what happens ... not too confident the full weight of the DOJ will be unleashed here. Even though this is clearly a personal (and reasonable) vendetta from Trump.

It should lead to arrests, but based on everything we've seen from the DOJ, it won't.

Mark Warner sounds…scared.

Which is a good thing. The Senate Intelligence Committee is one of, if not the most corrupt bodies in Washington DC.

Funny. I was just thinking about that one dude we just brought in from Venezuela. I wonder what kind of stories he is singing right now.

On a side note, I am going to try to find the video today, but it has been known in the sleuthing circles that Venezuela is a hub for ballot harvesting/tampering/manipulating.

Remember Eric Coomer? Dominion schmuck? he sat for a deposition this week and WOWZA!

Quote:

Ex-Dominion Voting Systems executive Eric Coomer admitted under oath (Jan 27, 2026 deposition in Coomer v. Byrne) to discussing voting equipment, adjudication software & source code with foreign nationals, including Serbians who could remotely troubleshoot in Denver office.

This contradicts YEARS of Dominion denials of foreign involvement in U.S. elections.

Charlie Cain, attorney for Eric Coomer assaulted Byrne's attorney Peter Ticktin several times after losing the motion to suppress questions related to Serbia, China, and Venezuela, per
@J

Remember Tina Peters in Colorado? Dominion techs also told her there was a back door to access Dominion EMS remotely.

So does Fox News get to sue Dominion for their money back? I assume Fox actually transferred the funds in order to get Dominion to drop their suit. But would Fox News now have a case if it turns out Dominion was misrepresenting / fabricating / lying about what the facts were.when showing Fox "lied"?

Generally speaking, no. Not how settlement agreements are normally drafted. Each party asserts they have done their own diligence and are entering into that agreement without reliance on anything the opposing party may have represented to them.

Now, can the shareholders bring a derivative suit against the leaders who hastily signed off on that agreement to the detriment of shareholder value? Maybe misrepresenting or omitting material facts in subsequent SEC filings?

Certainly worth looking into, methinks.

County officials in full damage control mode in this news YouTube video. Talking points: there was no problem before; this is a scare tactic designed to keep people away from the polls when "we need" to get the country "back on the right" course. Oh and "we are concerned about what happens to these ballots when they leave here"…

Their talking points are completely irrelevant. Nothing but a distraction.

IMO, if that were to actually happen, Murdoch should just give it to Trump, along with about $3-5 billion more for the WSJ lawsuit.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

Well toots, ignoring subpoenas for the last few years was not exactly the best legal plan either.

FTR: I also want the 2021 runoff election and the 2022 midterms in GA to be investigated in this manner.

There was no way both Kemp and Raffensperger won reelection by the extreme margins they did.

Several of these items will be difficult to produce, considering sworn declarations submitted in the federal case Curling v Raffensperger and responses given to open records requests submitted by citizens and journalists beginning almost immediately after the 2020 election.
Dr. Philip Stark, a UC Berkeley professor, submitted a sworn affidavit that stated there were 376,863 missing ballot images from the original count in Fulton County, which, according to Dr. Stark, makes it impossible to audit the 2020 election.

Quote:

In Georgia, the original machine count conducted on November 3, 2020, was not the certified count. The ensuing machine count reported on December 3, 2020, was used to certify the vote. Stark stated that 17,852 votes were missing ballot images from the certified count in his declaration.
The 17,852 missing ballot images were corroborated by SEB Complaint 2023-025, which is what then-Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene used to call for a formal investigation in Fulton County in September 2025.
Further, each ballot image created by the Dominion tabulator creates a SHA file, a hash validation code that can be used to authenticate that a ballot image is the original unedited image. Of the 148,318 ballot images created from mail-in ballots in Fulton County, only 16,034 SHA files were retained.

Quote:

The physical paper ballots have been a mythical creature in Georgia, especially in Fulton County, eluding investigation since 2021. Garland Favorito's VoterGA.org filed a lawsuit in Georgia shortly after the 2020 election. The case was abruptly dismissed on procedural grounds, specifically claiming the plaintiffs did not have standing.
Following a December 2022 decision from the Georgia Supreme Court that granted the plaintiffs standing and remanded it back to the lower courts, the case sat in limbo for over 1,130 days waiting to be assigned to a judge.
The Georgia State Election Board has submitted several subpoenas seeking to obtain the physical ballots for investigation. It wasn't until a decision last month from Judge Robert McBurney that records sought in the subpoena were ordered to be turned over to the Board. However, physical ballots were notably absent from the order.

Been saying this stuff over and over for five+ years. So yay me, I guess?

She wouldn't. A legal plan would have been trying to squash the subpoenas when issued, not just ignoring them.

OTOH, they have been getting away with that for five damn years so guess they felt no impetus to comply. The state and even federal courts were also complicit.

I actually never really seriously bought into the stolen election narrative aside from them actually doing what they told us they did in this article from Time in changing the mail-in voting laws, getting social media companies to coordinate against "disinformation" and influence their users toward voting for Biden, and that type of thing. Obviously very unprecedented and very not okay, but not like straight up manufacturing ballots, casting ballots for dead people, 2000 Mules types of claims, etc.

But that lady looks really nervous, doesn't she? Definitely acting like someone who just got caught stealing an election.

Believe me back in November 2020 I was far from any type of electronic voting system expert, still aren't but when stories and excuses being given are not making sense to me, I do what I do. Conduct my own research.

And when I got stumped or confused about how a certain software or hardware would work, other posters here would help explain it to me, get me back on track.

Thousands of hours going down rabbit holes and memory holes. I got to the point where I could listen to "technical" testimony and immediately know it was BS and evasive, if not outright prevarication. Frustrating as hell for me but it was what it was.

So now we are just inches away from confirmation that electronic voting machines were in fact vulnerable (by design) to be remotely accessed and election data altered or deleted. And the people supposed to watch for that crap, EAC and CISA were foxes guarding the henhouse.

Someone's singing like a Canary. I bet the game plan here is first go after Georgia to get the evidence they need to go after Dominion and other states. The Governor of AZ ought to be crapping her pants too about now, she was running the 2020 election as Secretary of State.

The FBI has to have something new and substantial, or doubtful they would have gotten the warrant.

This would be more convincing if she had more, and more dramatic, hand motions. Just like Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom took a class on how to be a politician, and look how well it's working for him!

It always makes you look not suspicious at all!

Like waving away consequences or throwing a Hogwarts spell, people would take her more seriously and believe her more if she were more dramatic.

Someone tell her.
