The NOTAM specifically states that aircraft and flights on the Mexican side of the border are not effected by the Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR), with the restrictions only applying to flights within the United States.

routinely happens for mardi gras. applies to unmanned aircraft for 13-18th. have not seen an airport shut down.
Don't understand why the major commercial airlines haven't posted cancellations yet. Goes to show how incompetent their system and processes are. AA showing all flights as "delayed". Guess it is a 10 day delay!
Ten days is a long time to perform anti-Cartel drone operations which is one of the scenarios being pushed on X.
