Serious question, Is that it?

Are there any other big ticket items on the Israel wishlist?

For or against, I just want to be done.

Too bad, because you're going to be disappointed.

It's over when the bad guys decide they have had enough, or are no longer around

What else in the middle east is left?

edit:

Iraq, done
Gaza, done
Syria, done
Iran, done

The politics and rebuilding needs to shake out, but I cant think of any other reasonable targets?

there are some minor players that will likely dry up at this point

This was in our interest, as much as anyone's. But you know that.

Just curious if/when we can put the narrative to bed of being manipulated, or what other targets remain.

I only support Israel to the extent that we share a common enemy. It's not blind loyalty like some of our politicians seem to display.

Israel should have kept everything they captured in 67.

I mean, don't paraglide into Israel and take hostages if you don't want to be annihilated.

Iran and its proxies took a big risk that day. Bibi and Trump are trying to make that the final time someone feels that bold.

When? Where?

Didn't you say this after Venezuela?

Stop voting for corrupt marxists who fund endless terror and empower our enemies. That would go a long way in preventing the need for any military action. But this is not a war.

New problems pop up all the time. You deal with them as they arise

This one arose about 47 years ago. We finally have somebody in office that dealt with it

Way overdue
pacecar02

im not saying either way

as others have stated, sometimes things have been in our mutual interest other times not so much

I'm just asking either way, can we now get past that?

1) Probably not. Iran was pretty peaceful before 1979.
2) Even if so, better than a brief war where each side trades nukes.
3) I expect our boys to be home in time for Easter.

Until you know it's a ridiculous waste of time, which with clowns like Iran and others, isn't very long

Certainly well before you resort to delivering pallets of cash to terrorists

Let me ask you this, are you suggesting we didn't give diplomacy with Iran enough of a chance?

Such a myopic viewpoint.

Yes, this action probably will help Israel.

But, since 2016, trump has been attempting to "fix" the ME in his own way, namely through actions like the Abraham accords. Iran is a major thorn in trumps greater plan.

Not to mention, Iran is the second major player in global terrorism, both funding and direct action, that trump is attempting to end. The first was Venezuela.

Whatever your anti Israel views may lead you to conclude, this action will benefit the usa, the me and the world as a whole, along with Israel.

Iran has been seeking Israel's destruction since the fall of the Shah. Funding terrorism against Israel and "The Great Satan" that entire time…47 years. The October 7th, 2023 attack showed Israel and the world that Iran would never stop and Israel would never be safe with the Mullahs running that country. Make no mistake, this is a direct result of the violent choices Iran has made for decades. Blame it on "The Jews" all you want but sometimes the only way to defeat evil is the sword. Appeasement and payoffs only embolden an enemy wing to massacre 10's of thousands of their own people to stay in power. History…study it.

Specifically regarding Iran, as long as their stated goal is "Death to America" and they have the oil (and ability to cash it in) to fund this quest, we will have to pound them back into their corner. Unfortunately for them, Israel is the buffer. In a way we are damn lucky to have them and should always support them.

The radical islamists have killed and otherwise tormented millions of folks in many places since gaining power 50 years ago, but so far haven't reached their goal. IOW, the "forever" part is strictly up to them.

Don't start none, won't be none. Big picture.
I don't think you know me.

Correct. Oct 7th was just the catalyst

1. Oct 7th
2. Exploding pagers and the war on Hamas
3. War on Hezbollah
4. Mass-deport illegals (presumed to include soldiers in Iranian terror cells)
4. Eliminate Iran's nuke sites
5. lop the head off the regime (40 leaders killed on 28-Feb)
6. ...profit

flawlessly planned and executed. Something the Dems could never do.
