Steel tariffs have cost us a lot of money and we have not gotten a dime and won't get a dime. Neither should any of yall
The ruling addresses those who actually sent money to the government for tariff payments. And yes they should be refunded.
When you agreed to pay the additional fees, what was your agreement with the seller should the tariffs be refunded? I would suspect the wise company said they would retain any paid tariffs charged to consumers in the invent the tariff was refunded.
