Exactly. When King Charles took the throne and started minimizing the traditional Christian ties, that was a pretty significant sign. They brought it on themselves with their virtue-signaling policies.

Nutless chicom plant.

All of the west is taking in the Islam 3rd world. Guess whos not, China.

You might want to look up the Uyghurs before you make that statement.

It's not like the Chinese CCP took them in. They've lived there for millenia...

They're now the CCP's renewable resource...

Exactly. Have we heard of any Somali Pirates attacking ships since January 2025? Ever wonder why they aren't doing that anymore?

And no, not All of them have gone to Minnesota now…

There were several attacks last year. The Hellas Aphrodite was boarded maybe 6 months ago, they just weren't able to take hostages or operate the ship without the crew.

Fair enough.

But, if it's negatively affecting them, it might behoove them to try…

If we have plenty of oil, why is it $5 per gallon?

First of all, Crude Oil WTI (USD/Bbl) $104.39, and is not sold by the Gallon.
Gasoline is sold by the gallon, and while it may be $5/gal where you are at, in ABQ yesterday, many stations were $3.99/gal, but I got 6 gal for $3.57/gal at Murphy USA.
Details do matter.

$3.37 a gallon at CS HEB on Sunday.

how come you don't post:

how come you instead regurgitate Islamic State talking points?

According to Mark Felton, there are more Flag Officers (Admirals) in the Royal Navy than there are ships! There are more horses in the British Army than tanks!
When the truth comes out, do not ask me how I knew.

According to Wiki the have about 53 warships 1 x 100 gun man-of-war and a whole S*** pot of 0-7+ senior officers- I didn't count them but looks like one per ship.

BUT the USN is in about the same shape, with ships per Adm.

Gas is still very cheap, approx 1970 levels.

One metric is how far will one hour of the minimum wage take you in an average car.

In 1970 it was about 49 miles

At $4 per gallon now it's about 49 miles.

And.. it's temporary.

What is hypocracy?

If you love this Country then you should love what Trump has done here.

*****ing about temp high gas prices exacerbated by you choice of where to live is small sacrifice for the safety of our Country and future generations.

The dumb take is to not be able see this. I can only lead you to the fount of knowledge, but I can't make you drink from it unfortunately.

According to a couple of inflation calculator results, Gas at $0.84gl in 1970 would cost $7.07 in today's dollar. Just saying.

And cars got about 10 mpg then. Gas was about 35 cents. Didn't see as high as eighty cents until about 1977. Remember on my first job after graduation filling up in upstate NY and it was about eighty cents - and I was flabbergasted.

by inflation calculator .36 in 1970 is about 3.08 now. However... cars get 2.5x the mpg now.

Man, I love the leniency of gas prices, grocery prices, inflation, the economy, war hawking, etc when conservatives are in control. Everything is just a "small sacrifice, soon it'll be worth it" continually. There's always some cope gymnastics to make it "different this time".

The posters claiming we control the strait are just lying, really. But hey, they're willing to send our sons and daughters (are they still allowed?) to be blown up by drones to protect oil shipments.

Why are you buying 89 in the first place? If your car requires premium, the octane is too low. If your car requires regular 87 octane, 89 gives you no benefit and is just wasting money.

Very few cars recommend mid grade / 89 and none specifically require. Cars can adapt to the 87 / 89 so go with the cheaper.

There are cars that require higher octane to avoid problems, but typically if you can afford those cars you are not sensitive to gas prices.

If they knew they had a better chance of winning the next election, Democrats would be happy for ALL Americans (rich or poor, any color, any sexual preference, etc) to pay $25/gallon. They would still sleep extremely well at night with no guilty conscience whatsoever.

You can never convince me otherwise. We know this is true. They are 100% willing to give up our culture and sovereignty already for power and control, as they continue to prove.
I don't think you know me.

It seems to me gas/fuel prices aren't a concern to the GOP anymore so how could the democrats use that against them?

I think the GOP (and most rationale thinking Americans) are understanding of a temporary increase in gas prices is worth not being vaporized by an Iranian nuke. But you do you.
