When I first saw the b/w image of her in the truck behind him, I swear, I thought he looked like Dax Prescott.

I will clarify that I knew it wasn't him obviously, but he kinda looks like it in the black-and-white.
If I had been on that jury, I'm not sure I could have contained myself to not go over and punch that ****er in the face. I feel so bad for them having to listen to what happened to her.

Sorry - I wrote that confusing.
If plea guilty - kill that hour
If pleas innocent and convicted anyway - 60 days for appeal. Then kill if unsuccessful.

No, my bad, Annie, I should have added commentary. That was more like a "i cant unsee it now" face rather than a "you're crazy for thinking that".

Life in prison as a child abuser would be a worse punishment than the death penalty, IMO.
It will be hell psychologically. Constant torment and isolation.

There was an audio recording of the murder played to the jury. I've heard descriptions of what it was but I won't repeat it here.
There's no way a jury is going to hear that and find anything other than for the death penalty.

Once there is a guilty plea, I see no reason he wasn't killed that hour. He admitted it.
We ought to pass a law that gives 60 days following a conviction to expedite the appeals process. There is no legit appeal that should take longer than that.
Not a lawyer - how can you appeal if you plead guilty?
