The victims ranged in age from one to about 14 years old, Bordelon said, and some of the children were related to the suspect. A total of 10 people were shot.

The gunman later died after a chase with officers who fired at the suspect, Bordelon said. The suspect stole a car while leaving the scene of the shootings and was followed by police.

Not political, but certainly newsworthy. Will be interesting to see the motive once more details come out.

I don't care what happened to your in life. If you decide you need to go anywhere and kill a bunch of children, you are simply demonic. There is no justification or other explanation for something like this. It's also why taking guns from law abiding citizens would do absolutely nothing to stop these situations. These people are possessed.

According to social media, and we all know how trustworthy it can be, some or all of the victims were his kids from two separate "baby mommas," both of whom he also shot, but they survived (as of the latest report).

There is a name as well out there, but I'll not post it since it isn't confirmed.

That said, the clock on Coulter's Law is rapidly ticking.

Domestic violence shouldn't be included in "mass shooting" stats to further push gun control.

"Mass shooting" numbers would drop by 95% if they only counted shooters actually targeting random people.

Yep, they manipulate the data big time such as counting 18-19, and sometimes up to 21, as "kids" so they can claim guns kill more "kids" then anything else.

Also remove gang and drug related shootings.

The pure randomness of killings and/or the sheer brutality/inhumanity we see so often is stemming from something.

No question we have a mental health crisis in this country which is a huge contributing factor. Also allowing the third world to dump inmates/felons, addicts, and the insane on our doorstep was an unforgivable move by the dems.

Stating to believe there could be a spiritual element to it as well. Or at least consider it possible.

There are so many things in this old world that I don't understand, nor will I ever be able to understand. Things like why people smoke, why people intentionally hurt someone's feelings when they have done nothing to them to warrant doing so, why some people don't provide for their family, etc. But most of all, why someone would hurt or kill a child. A little one year old child? I ain't the gatekeeper, but anyone who would do that should burn in hell. Shame that he couldn't have been set on fire here on earth beforehand though.

The ones of us who have worked in the criminal justice system have learned that it is impossible to comprehend what people can do to other people. Especially to children.

For an example, tune into the trial in Fort Worth for the guy who kidnapped, raped and murdered a 7 year old girl.

Satan still works in this world and there is plenty of evil to prove it.

Yep and people often claim it's mental illness because they don't want to know that there are evil people in the world. My guess we will start hearing this guy is a minority, mentally ill, and the discussion moves to red flag laws.

I'd bet this guy was on a cocktail of SSRIs, antidepressants, and some sort of mood stabilizer mixed with constant alcohol & weed. I don't know what life experience this man had faced but I doubt it was great.

As a whole we are under more strain than ever. Social
Media is toxic, our food is poison, money is tighter than it has been in decades due to the crooks in DC. Education system is broken. Being a Christian male is damn near blasphemy in our nation now. Satan is everywhere.

That kinda reminds me of the crime statistics where we live (Tennessee). If you include Memphis, one would have some concerns about one's personal safety in the state of Tennessee. But of course, no one makes that caveat.
