Its rather weak to juxtapose his actions as "America's Mayor" with the wild times that were 2020 Days of Covid, BLM Summer of Love and a stolen erection.
Never saw Borat's stuff, but from the end of that last sentence, glad I didn't.
I think that only those of us who lived and worked in NYC during the Dinkins years can truly appreciate what a remarkable job he did turning around the city. Bloomberg held it together for a while, at least until his inner liberal finally took over. But the metamorphosis was all Giuliani.
