The only thing a Democrat or a leftist respects politically is a punch in the face.

The olive branch this Neville Chamberlain wannabee forwards will never be reciprocated.

Within a week, those who voted to serve the Democrats will be grouped as racists by the same Democrats they voted to protect.

When the left is back in power, they will waste no time nor opportunity to consolidate power in any and every possible way.

This faux nobility by those Republicans is no different than the suicidal empathy exhibited by so many folks on the left in regards to immigration and culture.

Absolute fools.

there is no logical explanation other than being paid off by the leftists

until I heard that South Carolina has OPEN PRIMARIES so these jerks expect leftists to cross over and vote for them.

need to beat every single one of them like we did in Indiana

that is Jim Clyburn's seat they are saving.

100% it is not faux nobility

these idiots do not for a second believe they are simply "standing up for what is right"

they have deals with the leftists, the democrat primary voters who cross over to support them and get them elected.

or they just hate Trump and are just like Massie and Marjorie Traitor Brown.

1 or 2 of the traitors there were democrats before switching to run as republicans. The AG candidates' comments reflect a Phelan/Burrows-like relationship with the leftists there, imho. I've read that it is mostly the coastal GOP state senators who are the problem generally, which would make sense as they represent the more carpet-bagger heavy areas.

Clyburn is the single biggest race-baiter in congress, responsible for foisting Kamala and KBJ on the nation, among other travesties. Pathetic is an understatement, per tos.

Your argument has absolutely nothing to do with my comment that both sides gerrymander and the meme Annie put up originally is misleading. I other words, you can't show my analysis is wrong so let's deflect to another hot button issue.

Back to my original point, if you were to base total house representation off of popular vote for Harris v Trump, the Rs would have won 221 seats in the House on 2024. They won 222. If one side was that much better at Gerrymandering than the other, you wouldn't expect these numbers to be essentially the same.

Is there any doubt that a big % of Republicans are controlled opposition?

Yes, gerrymandering happens and the meme is misleading.

There was no argument, I was making a point that gerrymandering works both ways. Getting seats by counting people who have no legal right to be in this country, is much, much worse. The dem party leadership supports these illegals strictly to gain more power; they don't actually care about these foreigners. If these foreigners were helping the Rs, the dem leadership would be anti-illegal immigration, like they were up until 15 years ago.

Your ORIGINAL point is that the Rs would have 221 seats instead of 222; One seat difference.

The Ds have AT LEAST 4 seats by having the illegals counted in just california. This has been going on for numerous sessions. EVERY close vote lost by the Rs has been due to this. The D's have used illegals to change the course of this country from what the majority of citizens voted for.

Zero. But, the key is to keep fighting the enemy, instead of tucking tail and surrendering.

Depending on sources, CA has the most illegals at 2.3mm but second is Texas at 2.1mm and Florida is third with 0.8mm so they net out from an apportionment perspective. I'm glad we have essentially locked down the border and are removing illegals but I don't think it really changes the balance in Congress especially like Gerrymandering does.

Btw, the estimate in 2007 was CA had 1.2mm more than Texas vs 0.2mm more today. Even the illegals are moving from CA to TX.

So we should just go by the popular vote. If republicans get 51%, they should get a 51% house majority

We are a union of United States.

F this unfederalist idea.

The HOR is there to represent the people that elected him / her, not the whims of the entire electorate.

This idea is terrible, this idea of yours.

Would you at least agree that a state which is 60-40 should have representation somewhere near 60-40?

How about your Dems go first? They did the heavy duty gerrymandering first.

Morally I get it. Politically, he dug his grave.

Problem is he wants to take the rest of us with him.
Look at the orators in our republics; as long as they are poor, both state and people can only praise their uprightness; but once they are fattened on the public funds, they conceive a hatred for justice, plan intrigues against the people and attack the democracy.

Most of those are not impartial, they just don't have many seats.
Delaware and Vermont only have one seat.
Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Hawaii only have 2.
New Mexico has three.

However, we need impartial re-districting in every state and we need to increase the number of congressman past 435.

What dumbasses, those nerds I guess did not see what happened in Indiana..

Trump will kick their ass in their next primaries

Trump tries to teach these morons how to fight and they just do not listen. they think this is all a game and are not serious about Sh**. This is John McCain, Bush type limp wrist worthless coward crap

Louisiana and Bama will only add one seat each I think (idk why not both?)

Mississippi has hit a snag in theirs, I forgot what it is

So we might only get 2 more flips, i'd lean to 3 though, hope one of Miss. OR SC figure it out.

2026NCAggies
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Yeah Mississippi will not redraw till 2027 after the election. Federal Judge blocked it or something. They will redraw after election.

So unless the SC governor can pull some magic out of his ass we will only get 2 more flips

Putting the numbers at 211R vs 205D with 19 toss ups. We need 7 toss ups to win the house

Weak Republicans or RINOs cost us (2) in Indiana, (1) in Nebraska, (1) in SC and (2 or 3) Georgia. That is 6 flips not happening because they want to be worthless. And if you want to go further I think the Rs were weak in Utah to let some low level judge bully them around.

Had we flipped those 6 or 7 seats, the house would have likely been a guarantee..........

I checked about 4 of the first few states listed. The numbers in your graphic pretty well match the percentage of the popular vote Trump got in those states.

As often happens, most of the rural areas go red, the big city hellholes go blue
