his schick was being an ass and provoking people. he was asking to be attacked and prepared for that. why is that hard to believe?

well, he obviously said the magic word that provides a free pass for violence many times. on camera. on purpose. whether he was intentionally a mean jerk to people out of pure hatred or because he wanted to provoke people as a youtube or tiktok schtick thinking he was proving something about a societal hypocrisy or free speech or ultimately if it came down to it, self defense, or whatever: he was still an intentional provoking jerk.
some will look at the letter of the law and a hypocrisy in our society and our justice system and want to defend him. others will look at the mean words he used and think he deserves the death that is probably coming for him and rejoice about it. unfortunately for him, it appears that he still played stupid games and will win stupid prizes.
i don't know how to reconcile the tweets about how his attacker had been looking for him and wanted to hurt him for online fans vs the tweets about him having plane tickets to europe on hand that day. maybe the astronomical bail had to do with flight risk due to the plane tickets or maybe it has to do with more hypocrisies in our system. I don't know.

I just saw a video of a white guy walking besides a black couple calling them the N-word. The guy repeatedly just told them to leave them alone. The guy didn't and kept calling them that. The white guy got in the black woman's personal space and called her that. The black guy punched him once and knocked him out.
The cops came and arrested the white guy because it was all on video.

He was in court after being sued for stiffing his CC company and he was also charged for walking on a $400 restaurant tab. I don't think he was in it for the money. I seriously doubt YouTube and the other SM platforms allowed him to monetize his content which consisted of him walking around calling people racial slurs.

and that tweet was wrong, he did not display a video, an investigator said that "shots were shown to be fired prior to them hitting the ground". When asked to clarify that shots were fired "before [Clownass] was hit", the investigator responded, "i would assume so".
Why would he assume so if he saw the video himself? that's a yes or no question.
release the video and all doubt is removed.

Gwendolyn Evette White has been indicted by a Wake County grand jury on two counts of attempted murder and various other related charges.
The full article doesn't specify her current status but everything I have seen online indicates she is being held without bond.

To clarify, his bail was revoked in the misdemeanor case because he went and committed crimes while out on bail.
