Let's say they didn't do that. It would be hilarious if they forced all flights from China into a single city like San Francisco. So that their airport was just overrun with Chinese and it made everyone in the Bay Area miserable.

Or... pull all the customs facilities out of California, Washington and Oregon and make all those carriers across the Pacific fly just a little bit farther to Nevada, Arizona, Utah, etc.

And only make these rules apply to passenger traffic, not cargo.

So name a big city that has international flights that is not a sanctuary city? Almost all cities are run by democrats and by association most likely sanctuary.

So the democrats would then just say they are not sanctuary anymore and then continue business as normal underground kinda sounds like what Texas A&M did with dei and governor Abbott.

I am very anti federal government on many things, but support DHS & ICE and think this is a GREAT IDEA.

It won't happen, it's old news. But it SHOULD happen. Any city / municipal metro area that openly defies, interferes with and obstructs federal immigration laws and law enforcement should not be served by an international airport, period.

The argument against would be that DHS/ICE/Border Patrol is at the airport so it's a moot point; but it's NOT as we are legally letting in foreigners that could become illegal and in a jurisdiction that will obstruct the enforcement of immigration laws.

It should happen, period.

I went thru customs at ORD last night. O'Hare felt like a 3rd world country.
