It's only shameful to those who don't watch UFC fights, which, according to the Google, is about 90% of Americans.

The rest of Americans (all 9-10% of them), probably love this. I did find it interesting that Google states that of that 10%, about half are conservatives and the other half are independents and liberals. So, in that sense, even if Trump is doing it for his maga, there'll be plenty of liberals/independentswatching as well.
