The "literally Hitler" comparisons are about right. If you arent aware, educate yourself about Aktion T4

Quote:

"Aktion T4" (German, pronounced [aktsion te fi]) is the name given to campaigns of mass murder by involuntary euthanasia which targeted people with disabilities and the mentally ill in Nazi Germany. The term was first used in post-war trials against doctors who had been involved in the killings.[4] The name T4 is an abbreviation of Tiergartenstrae 4, a street address of the Chancellery department set up in early 1940, in the Berlin borough of Tiergarten, which recruited and paid personnel associated with Aktion T4...

From August 1939, the Interior Ministry registered children with disabilities, requiring doctors and midwives to report all cases of newborns with severe disabilities; the 'guardian' consent element soon disappeared. Those to be killed were identified as "all children under three years of age in whom any of the following 'serious hereditary diseases' were 'suspected': idiocy and Down syndrome (especially when associated with blindness and deafness); microcephaly; hydrocephaly; malformations of all kinds, especially of limbs, head, and spinal column; and paralysis, including spastic conditions".[58] The reports were assessed by a panel of medical experts, of whom three were required to give their approval before a child could be killed.

"Grieving the loss of their child"

Hmmm. If they didn't choose to crush their child's skull and murder it, they might not be grieving.

Thank you for sharing your story and photos of your obviously loved son. While we did not have a Downs child, my wife and I discussed that possibility with each f our pregnancies. We agreed that we would absolutely bring that child into the world and love him/her as much as our other babies.

I didn't like it's hair color....I'm grieving the loss of my child.
I didn't like the sex of the child...I'm grieving the loss of my child.
It wasn't my husband's child....I'm grieving the loss of my child.

Remember when these things were supposed to be safe, legal and rare? Well that whole thing ran wild.

When they got the news:

Doesn't even appear like she's showing at this point.

Guessing that was from earlier in the pregnancy and they waited until she was 5 months to make their heinous decision.

"Loss of their unborn child". Hilarious. They don't lose their child. They decided to put their comfortable lives ahead of their unborn child, who was unable to defend himself.

And, "impossible decision". Again, that's a laugh riot. Impossible meaning a decision couldn't be made, and their child would have been delivered, likely on or near full term. Instead, they made a really easy decision. To murder their child. It doesn't seem like an impossible decision whatsoever.

Why would a person blast this out on YouTube?

People have no shame today

Even if you made that decision, it should be personal, gut wrenching, and you should feel terrible about it. For forever. Every time you put your head on a pillow.

Imagine saying "lose" your baby when you actually pay a professional to kill it.

This clown's self awareness is just completely missing. What's deeply disturbing is aborting a baby, broadcasting it all over YouTube, claiming you "lost" the baby instead of choosing to murder it, then playing victim by castigating and claiming those criticizing you are lacking humanity and how this is a national story…dude you murdered a defenseless child and put it out there for the world to see.

It's encouraging that this was received poorly by everyone. Maybe we are making progress.

I guarantee you they use the word Nazi a tremendous amount to describe people that don't vote like them, either that or fascist, the irony is lost on them. The two idiots who put themselves into a situation and then were shot for it in Michigan are held up as martyrs, but when given the example of the Branch Davidians or Ruby Ridge, they scoff at it as if the former is more an example of a Nazi than the later. I know I am speaking very generally, but its gotten exhausting hearing how everything is fascist and horrible, when they have no idea what an actual fascist does.

They killed their unborn baby because of a Down Syndrome diagnosis but didn't put down their dog when it was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer and gave it another year of life. I'm rapidly losing any sympathy I might have had for these individuals.

Not so sure.....

I think that most people who aren't anti-abortion aren't necessarily "pro-choice" in a pro-abortion/killing way, just anti-govt. Which I can understand wholeheartedly. Even they would be like most people, in general, and would feel totally disgusted by these people.

There are the rabid, pro-abortion folks, for sure. Just like most things, though, in politics - there are the extremes and the majority lies in the middle somewhere.

Absolutely true story.

My 5th child was diagnosed with a chromosome disorder when she was in utero. Doctors told us she likely would result in a miscarriage 95-98% sure. I'd she survived, she would have a many severe issues her entire life and she would never be "normal". Some former friends encouraged us to kill (I mean abort) her. Several months and many hundred prayers later, she was born, which was a miracle in itself. Next we had to prepare of a life of challenge. Because of her condition, there were a team of doctors in the room when she was born. The doctors were shocked at her condition and made several comments about her size.

My wife, who had just given birth and was not allowed to see her baby before the medical team wisked her off asked me what I thought and asked how bad it was. (This was a very difficult pregnancy with all of the concerns and heartache for our baby girl.

We decided to name her Emma, which ironically means "whole", even though we knew, from the multiple medical visits to specialists, that she was missing half of a chromosome.

To me, our baby looked completely normal and despite not knowing the final verdict we were so happy to begin life with our baby girl. Miraculously, she looked and acted very healthy and normal. After the Doctors examined her and took samples, they sent a report to the doctor 2 or 3 months later that concluded that our little girl was an "apparently normal female". This surprised me most of all because I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as a "normal female" (since they are all special.....LOL).

I feel like we experienced a great miracle from God and fully realize not everyone receives such a blessing. I am so grateful we gave our baby a chance when maybe others would have chosen to kill they baby. Children are all miracles and blessing from God.
