I've always been proud of this country, even if I didn't like who was in charge, or if I disagreed with an action our government took. I've always thought people who don't like this country must have a very myopic view, and need take a gander around the world.
But this? What caused this? What does it mean about our ability to work together, for the good of the whole?
Is there something you think accelerated the divide? Is it the way legacy news coverage changed, social media operates...or maybe just a snapshot in time?
