MBAs come in 3 flavors...

Wow! You went there!?!?!?!? (M7 schools)
Oh. You went there. (Rest of top 20, strong regional schools.)
You went where? (Everything else.)

I am currently in my second year at Kelley with the online program. I do not regret my decision at all. Especially now with all of the potential COVID restrictions around individual campuses. The instructors are great and very accessible. I have also enjoyed meeting and interacting with people from all industries across the states. As has been said before, know and understand what you want from your MBA and program. Understand the ROI, salary expectations and the cost of some of the programs. If you decide to look at IU and Kelley further, respond back with your email information and I will connect.

Honest question for those willing to answer.... What is an "average" post degree salary for those graduating form a top 20 program? What about 5-10 years later?

Thanks in advance. Just doing my best to weigh the ROI....

To me, there is a lot of unknowns to your question. There also is quite a bit variability in cost to different programs especially the Top 20. However, most are pretty pricey. Before estimating any salary expectations you need to consider what your MBA would be used for. Some questions to think about.
- Industry desired to work in?
- Salary level today
- Pivoting or staying in same industry
- Type of program - FT, PT, Online. This is critical to weigh the ROI.

Just a few and others could chime in. I'm happy to discuss my experience at IU and Kelley if desired.

Most schools will post their Full-Time program's average starting salary and will give breakdowns based on industry or functions. I would also take a look at the geographic location their students tend to gravitate towards after school because that will have an effect on the average starting salary as well.
