That video on the previous page of how many times Cooper was wide open and the Cowboys essentially ignored him speaks volumes.
I don't blame Cooper for being frustrated. Wrong of him to go after Dak but who knows how many times they spoke and Dak pulled some crap.
You don't pay a guy 20 million a year and give him WR3 target share.
Let's get rid of Zeke also. Sick of that fat Ewok clogging up the arteries of the Oline.
The video does look bad, but I'd like to have a bit more context. I would bet you could find a handful of times Brady missed an open receiver and splice it together and make it look bad. Let's also not forget some weird times at critical moments that Cooper took himself out of games. I would rather have Cooper, but let's not pretend like there wasn't some weirdness to him and his game.
The #Cowboys are giving WR Michael Gallup a 5-year deal worth $62.5M, source said. A huge deal. https://t.co/H3dEdX7LtM

He's injured often and disappears during games.

If it's structured anything like amari's contract then that is really a 3/37.5 deal and I'm ok with it. I don't love it but consider that Mike Williams just got 3/60 and Corey Davis got the same 3/37.5 last year on the open market.
Ultimately it's on Gallup to stay healthy and produce. Hell be a steal if he can do that.
He has $1.25 million in escalators for the final two seasons provided he catches at least 70 passes and the Cowboys make the playoffs and 1,100 yards and the Cowboys make the playoffs, totaling $2.5 million. His cap number in his first year is $4.52 million.

Cowboys are "very likely" to lose WR Cedrick Wilson to the Dolphins, source said. Expected to be a three-year contract for Wilson in Miami.
— Michael Gehlken (@GehlkenNFL) March 14, 2022
Former Cowboys’ WR Cedrick Wilson intends to sign a three-year, $22.8 million deal that includes $12.75 million guaranteed with the Miami Dolphins, sources tell @toddarcher and me. Dallas loses another WR.

Dang, I would have loved to keep Wilson. Underrated player.
Miami QB D'Eriq King had an informal meeting with the Cowboys.

Dallas would have some interest in converting him to receiver, which King is open to doing.
The Cowboys and DE DeMarcus Lawrence have agreed to a three-year, $30M fully guaranteed deal for him to stay in Dallas, per source.
— Field Yates (@FieldYates) March 14, 2022
Lawrence will now have a fully guaranteed contact for 7 straight years, the first ever DE to do so.

Sounds like that deal will lower his cap to 14M in 2022, saving us ~13M. I bet we use that money to sign Randy
Danny Phantom said:
We have enough to sign both & then some. We should have 28M available now and can create more by extending Schultz.
