That seems like a very disingenuous comparison since McCarthy was rolling on a dead sprint to his left and then threw to his right on the run.
So his back foot has to come off the ground to make that throw.
and then lo and behold his very next throw where he's standing still, like Allen in the video, he throws it with both feet on the ground.
