I've been getting hit hard by the glitch monster. Several times today I got to a point where it just seemed frozen, then it would come back and I'd have a bunch of damage

Time to invest in better internet or service.

The thing is, it happens at home, at work, and outside both, so I don't know if it's the connection or the server. Sometimes I have no problems at all, others it struggles to establish a match or maintain a match. There's no rhyme or reason to me.

Went 4-1 and got my Thundurus!

Used a pass. Got a ****ty larvitar. At least it isn't tepig.

I've started 3-0 the last 3 nights only to lost the last two battles. So annoying.

I used a Prem Pass to try and get Thundurous. Went 4-1 (go figure) and got a Larvitar as well!

2/2 on Thunderous the last 2 days.

Think I figured it out. GPS. I think drifting or signal loss may be the cause of my issues.

Went 0-5 in Master League so no more of that for me lol

Also got a weather booster 96% Thunderus over lunch

What do you guys think of Abra being the next community day?

I like this one because alakazam was always in my lineup in the Pokemon games growing up. I'm hoping the community day move is a good one and he can make a come back. I don't have mewtwo so another good psychic might help me out anyway.

Depends on the move. He's got no bulk, so it would have to be fast and hard.

3-2 in premium yesterday and this morning, and 4-1 in regular just now. Each of the three rewards was a Shieldon. Awesome.

Neither do I, but I seem to hatch them out of eggs all the time. Just want something new.

TBH the encounter rewards just plain suck. They need to completely remove meditite, machop, and the starters. I could deal with not new if I wasn't constantly getting complete trash. Bunch if larvitar, snorlax, or lapras, with occasional deino, scr****, litwick? Fine. The other stuff? They're ****ing McDonald's Monopoly game Park Place pieces. Going 4-1 or 5-0 happens so rarely that getting another stupid tepig (that nested near my office two weeks ago) just pisses me off and makers me want to not play at all.

Still. The fluff must go.

I picked ultra league for my last round because I've had the best luck there. Went 4-1, and the 1 should have been a win but I had the freeze/damage glitch.

Got a deino. I can die happy.

I did well in great last time around. I thought it was my best team. I went 0-4 and salvaged 1 win in master.

Alolan muk, clefable, giratina-A

Vulnerable to steel, but not seeing a lot of that. I'd have to rely on muk to do the heavy lifting there. Muk is my backup giratina counter to clefable, but he doubles as a togekiss killer because of his poison typing. Lead with a dark pulse, then hit hard with sludge wave. Or, put something else out to draw shields after charging up, then redeploy muk and launch and immediate sludge wave. Kind of depends on the situation. Taken out many togekiss that way.

I won a ton of matches with a snorlax, alolan muk, and electivire team.

Most of my losses were to guys with fighting types and swamperts.

I'd send snorlax out first. I'd try to get them to burn shields and just put pressure on them. Snorlax does well against anything but fighting really.

I'd send electivire out for any miscellaneous matchups and hold on to muk for a predictable giratina waiting at the end.

Electivire has done well, even tho it's a glass cannon, I can't tell you how many togekiss, water types, and flying types he has zapped in one hit.

I'm currently leveling up a clefable to replace electivire. Clefable will cover my weakness to fighting and be a giant pain in the butt for people.

Anyone go back to great league?
