It's still coming. The remote raid pass is just to allow people in urban areas to raid at gyms they can see but not go to.

Also, I love that the discounted price is 100 coins.

I wonder how limited it would be tho. If they allow less than 5 remote raiders it would be kinda lame.

Who knows.... maybe I'm missing something, but they should post a raiding schedule of what raids will happen and when during the week. You shouldn't have to randomly drive around and hope to find raids.

Niantic could improve the badge system too. Say if you get bronze at a gym, you could monitor the gym from afar even if you don't have a Pokemon there.

The problem with dialga is that just about everything that has a good type advantage against it has ****ty movesets in pvp. You basically need fire or ground to beat it, but nothing out there capable of competing with it has the moveset to do it.

I haven't done GBL in days, basically since the Marill event. I think doing it for three hours straight burned me out.

Started doing more Master League in the last few days, and will go anywhere from 1-4 to 3-2, shockingly. Using Rhyperior (my best Pokemon at 3600CP), 3100 Metagross, and 3400 Dragonite. Need more Stardust to power some Pokemon up since I didn't do that at all until I was forced to to beat Giovanni.

My alt account, level 35, with no good Pokemon, is not only getting destroyed, but it also keeps matching me up against Level 8s and 9s despite being Level 7? All I want is a Landorous for that account

I went 4-1 three times yesterday. I got a 2-star Beldum, a 2-star Skarmory, and a Landorus that ate about a totl of 20 balls and berries.

Yup it is BRUTAL. Running into teams with Giratina, Dialga, and either a third legendary or Togekiss INFURIATED me. Luckily my rating has fallen far enough to where I don't encounter that too much

I've been seeing Dialga (3800+), Giratina (4000+), and Kyogre (4000+) a lot lately. Very tough to do much very stacked teams like that.

What is your rating?

I was seeing teams like that often in the 1800-1980 rating range, before my rating tanked bc I'm nowhere close to having Pokemon like that.

If you're not ready for masters league, sit it out and focus on dust / exp.

Much much less stressful.

Oh yeah that's how I've been viewing it. Getting dust and the occasional rare candy and slowly building up

Just ran into someone with best buddy (?) ribbons on his entire maxed out team (Mewtwo, Dragonite, shiny Kyogre).

I don't get why someone would do that since you can only get one boosted at a time

Your buddy gets a level boost when they're on the map with you if they've reached best buddy, so if you have a lvl 40 clefable for ultra league that's your best buddy, you can battle with it as a lvl 41 clefable.

Careful, the new update breaks connections with Go+ / gotcha. Mine wouldn't recognize that it even existed. I downgraded back to the previous version, but it'll probably be forced before they fix it.

The better battle screen is a huge letdown. They added types. Whoop de ****ing do.

I've been having some success in masters league with a run of the mill Machamp.

There's a decent chance the first person will throw out a melmetal or Dialga. You've already got them on the run and you can control matchups the rest of the way.

Next masters league season I could try rolling with a team of machamp, dragonite 3700 with 2 moves, and metagross with an elite TM used on him to get the community day move.
