I think I like where loot is now. Chasing ancestrals feels good to me, but I'm not quite at that point where I'm chasing multiple GAs. But it's taken a lot longer to get to that point (which is good). Mythics seem way harder to get than last season. I think there's a middle ground they need to settle at.
Season mechanic seems completely useless and with no spark, I don't care for the rep. Seen some stuff that the opals don't make any difference at all. I hope that they stop ****ing with loot and start implementing good season mechanics, because it's going on 3 (4?) seasons now where the mechanic is an afterthought.
I like the changes to the endgame activity. Blast pits to level glyphs, and not worry about NMD mechanics. It's quick to get them to legendary. Blast hordes for MW materials (and thankfully they simplified it to one material). Do undercity runs for boss mats. I wish hordes gave more gold. And the basic mats still need another pass because they are by far the most limiting factor.
Runes powers are fine. Wish they'd just give us the normal 4 sparks for desired mythic. Getting 6 legendary runes of a specific type feels impossible. I gambled my sparks and got a garbage mythic
