I have the setup pictured below in my new home, and I am trying to figure out what mount would work best. The builder seemed to put the below wall plugs and pass through in an awkward spot above the mantle. I'm concerned about the distance between the two face plates and which mounts would be compatible to not interfere. The plugs are too low to put the mount below the faceplates, but putting the mount above the faceplates I think would put the TV too high on the wall. So I'm looking for something that would surround the faceplates, but not interfere with their use.
The red dot is the center point on the wall above the fireplace, but I really only have 3 inches to work with on either side of the dot since that's the shortest dimension to keep things centered. A lot of mounts I see have a bar in the middle that would sit flush with the wall that would be wider than 6 inches.

Any suggestions? I considered Mantle Mount products, but they would make my TV stick out too much from the wall (7.5 inches which would go past the mantle).
The TV I'm trying to mount is the Samsung S90C 77" which seems to have low-placed VESA mounting holes which means mounting above the faceplates would make it too high on the wall.
