A few days ago, I found out about this upcoming brew. The brewery will be located literally right around the corner from our house on the lake, less than a five minute walk. They are located at 125 Indian Hill Blvd, by the Blanchard boat ramp at the west end of FM 2457. Supposedly opening in July. I told my wife I was going to get a part time job there as an assistant brewer and/or taster. It's either that or a part time job at the new Ace Hardware store opening in Livingston in April. Just for something to do. She says you have more than enough to do here at home without a part time job. Then I said I was joking. Well, mostly.

So this Lake Life company has been providing different kinds of services as the Lake Life Concierge in this area for a number of years. At least since before we moved into our home in July 2021. They do boathouse/ boat lift repair and maintenance, watercraft maintenance and product installation (underwater fishing lights, piling protection, rope swings, ladders, etc) among others.

They have now set up membership maintenance programs for boathouses and homes. These are boathouse only, home only or both. You pay an upfront onboarding fee and a monthly fee thereafter.

Last year, they started up Lake Life Rental Co. to furnish "various watercraft rentals including, but not limited to, pontoon boats, kayaks, paddleboards, jet ski rentals, towables, surfboards & more!". Also, they setup a small smoker (offset stick burner) and started selling BBQ on the weekends along with a snow cone stand on the property. I didn't get around to trying it so no idea if it's any good. The grandkids do like to walk over there for snow cones.

This year, they have established The Lake Life Crawfish Company. They are selling crawfish in 30 lb sacks. They are also providing services to facilitate crawfish boils whereby they deliver the crawfish, cooking equipment, etc to your location. Then they come back later to clean up and haul away the equipment, garbage, etc.

We've never used their services but from what I've heard, they are very good but expensive.

They are currently accepting resumes for the brewery (bartenders and servers). Also for the watercraft rental services beginning operations in May.
