Just got to the lease to thin the pig herd and call in some turkeys. We haven't had a going live thread in a while so here we go! Pig on camera when I pulled into the gate. Walked in and got the first one.

Headed back to the house and feed the pastures for them to come back. Going Live!

Sorry to disappoint but hit 5 pigs. Have 4 on the ground. Brings total to 6 on the night.

Walked to the truck to pick up my stuff. Already more turkeys in my decoy spread when I came back.

This is the first time I have hunted this spot. It was great. Going to let this spot rest for my dad. Trying a new spot I have this afternoon before the basketball game. I saw 50 turkeys near the afternoon spot during deer season.

Ran out of time for the afternoon hunt. Scouted a couple other hunting spots. Saw some birds. Cleaned the turkey, grabbed some lunch and corned the hog holes for tonight. Now to grab some bluebell and watch the Aggies.

So do pointed toes allow for the boots to qualify for questionable footwear? Or is the board anti-square toe? I can never remember? And I know Blue Bell doesn't count as a questionable beverage choice so still not sure of the Live aspect. Going to have to agree with the above 2/10 Live thread. The rest spot on and looks like a great weekend for all involved.

Had a group of 2 come in. Only able to drop one. First female I've downed in a while.
