Anyone that has hunted Africa: wouldn't it be illegal to smoke an animal out of its den to kill it?

I was curious about that. That guy completely sucked. He didn't elect to make ferro rod one of his 10 items when you know boiling water to stay hydrated in the desert and keeping warm during cold desert nights is key. He was completely useless at procuring food in any manner. The smoke plan was stupid. He seemed kind of bull**** in general.

Winner at 34 days. The next shortest winner was 56 days - season 1. The desert presented some interesting challenges, but this group in general just seemed less skilled.

Every country boy from Mississippi will be applying next year if they stay at that location. It appears all you have to do is be proficient at catching catfish.

It didn't seem fair between the large lake locations vs the little river type locations.

The winner looked like he would have made it at least another month or two…

I don't know much about hunting those animals. Would hunting from a blind have been more or less successful than stalking?
