My email was kicked back also. Local tv stations in San Antonio are listing it as one of several benefit concerts.

Buddy who is down there working says the biggest need right now is divers. They are apparently trying to team a dog team with a diver...which I imagine is as awful as it sounds.
More than 8 inches of rain has already fallen in the Hill Country as new flash flood warnings have been issued. Here's a look at the situation at 5:20 a.m.

Not sure if helpful or already handled, but I would be happy to make a central google doc with tabs for search / cleaning etc crew coordination, supply needs, contact info, resources, carpooling, charities and maybe even a map of some sort showing covered areas, etc. Could add one of yall who's local as co-admin and get out of the way completely once it's up and running.
Can't be there in person, but have been following closely and more than happy to be a resource however I can. Also can build websites and do graphic design if at all useful.
Hi all, I made a public spreadsheet to help coordinate flood relief efforts in hill country (Hunt, Ingram, Comfort, etc). It's fully public and includes linked Google Forms that feed into the document automatically. Here's how it works:
Tabs + How to Use Them:
README tab Start here. It explains everything in plain terms.
Form Links tab Submit or offer help here. Includes:
1. Request Supplies
2. Volunteer Sign-Up
3. Offer Donations or Shelter
4. Log Areas You've Searched
5. Found Personal Items
Response Tabs (auto-filled) When someone fills out a form, their info appears in the corresponding tab below for volunteers to view and organize from.
I'm not local; just trying to help from a distance. If someone in the area with a Gmail wants to be the point person and take over ownership of the doc, I'll happily transfer it. Just respond here or DM me.

We are proud to send three of our specialists to Texas to assist Tennessee Task Force 2 with flood response. Kate Brock is our K-9 Search and Rescue Officer, and Butch Coulter and Justin Rilling will provide comms support. Safe travels, everyone! https://t.co/qhSsxMpzCk

The "vaqueros" are associated with this I believe. Knowing the little that I know about that somewhat private organization, The ticket revenue Will be completely eclipsed by other donations and fundraisers surrounding this event. These folks have Dave Chappelle money.
