Great price for an A300. Bass pro on Black Friday.
Wow / just what I need. SIL in country for. Christmas and we are going on a duck hunt. I need an extra shotgun for him to use, and my Browning Citori nor my Browning 20 gauge side by side won't cut it for ducks.

I am looking for binoculars for Kyle field being I sit up high! I want to stay in the three hundred dollar range.
For stadium use, field of view (FOV) is much more important than magnification. A wider FOV makes it easier to follow quickly moving subjects, and also allows you to see what is going on, besides just the one person carrying the ball. The 8x30 Nikon Prostaff P7 and the 8x32 Kowa SV II have some of the widest FOV's you are going to find. The Vortex Diamondback HD 8x32 also has a pretty decent FOV too, but still not quite as wide as the P7 and the SV. These are both very solid choices that can be found in your price range.
That being said, if you are *really* serious about getting a serious stadium binocular and are willing to spend a bit more, consider the Kowa BD II XD in 6.5x32. This bino has excellent optics, and an FOV that approaches 500ft @ 1k yards. You might think that 6.5x is not enough magnification, but IMO it is just fine for stadium or racetrack use. This is because when objects move towards or away from you, you will need to change the focus point. High magnification forces you to change the focus point for small changes in distance. The faster a subject moves, the faster you need to focus. Eventually, all you are doing with higher magnifications is chasing the focus point. However, with lower magnifications you will chase focus a lot less, as more of what is in front and behind any particular focus position will be in focus too. You spend much less time chasing focus with lower mags. My favorite stadium/sports bino is my Meopta 6.5x32 Meopro, but these are no longer made. But Kowa makes a pretty good substitute. IMO you should at least investigate this bino before you buy.
