Did anyone else see it? And if so where did it hit?

I saw it driving north from Lake Jackson to Houston.
News is saying a meteorite and it crashed through someone's roof.

I wonder what the value is on a video recorded meteorite. Sure, the size probably matters but still curious!
#MeteorSighting: Eyewitnesses in Texas observed a bright fireball today, March 21, at 4:40 p.m. CDT. Current data indicates that the meteor became visible at 49 miles above Stagecoach, northwest of Houston. It moved southeast at 35,000 mph, breaking apart 29 miles above Bammel,… pic.twitter.com/nTXroI89XI

METEOR HUNTERS in Houston — we now have a map of where meteorite fragments MAY be found! This is from NASA.

So far there ARE reports of at least one medium-sized one being recovered (and, unfortunately, causing damage).

I have no idea how I didn't hear this yesterday. I was out back working on my pool and live in Imperial Oaks. I am so disappointed.METEOR HUNTERS in Houston — we now have a map of where meteorite fragments MAY be found! This is from NASA.

There have been several reports of this happening in the last couple weeks. Maybe we're closer to meteor field right now.
About 10 years ago I was driving between Winnie and High Island about 6 a.m. headed South toward the gulf. There was green light that changed to orange as it got closer to the horizon, then disappeared. 99% sure it was a meteor. Never seen anything like it before or since.

I think I saw the same one. Was heading down Hardy to downtown and it was storming like a mofo up here. The sky turned bright green and I heard a boom that sounded like it was behind me (north). About 15 seconds later the radio guys freaked out and people were calling in about it.

To be fair, you are 93,000,000,000 miles away.

Might want to check that math.

Couldn't this one be a transformer getting hit by lightning?

I heard 288 was a parking lot today.

Could have except it was confirmed by NASA with the debris field from Conroe on to the north.

He was probably still south of Highway 6 if he was actually driving.
