I saw the T-6 yesterday! The Marine C-130J is back this afternoon. Did the Hornet ever get fixed.
Sounded like he left a little while ago: haven't been out there today.

Anyone see the plane flying about 30 minutes ago? Looked like a B-52 to me.
Five A-10s just flew over south CS, headed north.
The A-10s are the flyover.

Rare bird but nice. There are a couple that fly around between here an austin. They have quite a distinct sound.

Today at lunch there were 5 Apache's and 2 Blackhawks sitting on the ramp. It appeared that all of the Apache pilots were Asian and were wearing another country's flag on their sleeve. The apache pilots said that the Blackhawks were with a separate group. I asked where they are based, and they said California.

Great thread. I often wish I lived closer to Easterwood because the sight of airplanes just does something for me.
The photo of the OU charter plane from 2010 gave me a nostalgic feeling, because on board was Demarco Murray who, late in the game and near our goal line, took a handoff 10 yards deep in the backfield and was met by Von Miller 8 yards deep.

On my drive-by yesterday it looks like there's a P51 Mustang in the temporary hangar (Near the A&M hangar).
