I'm excited to try both of these new places. We eat at Wings N More pretty much weekly. While I definitely admit they've got some room for improvement, it's become a routine for us. The 21 location is by far the best and most consistent.

I absolutely love wings. But now I just cook them myself.
10 or 20 (cant remember the weight) pound bag at Costco for roughly $20.
Thaw them and cook them at 390 in my air fryer for about 30-35 minutes. I get the perfect wings now. Add whatever wing sauce you want.
My family devours them.
Same. These restaurant prices are ridiculous. The Anchor said:

Does anyone know if the Anchor bar patio is open and full service? Thinking of taking the doggo for lunch Sunday.
Thanks! That is disappointing as their website lists a puppy menu.Esteban du Plantier said:KidDoc said:

We went on Monday and I didn't notice a patio.
I went ahead and called for you and they don't have a patio.
WNM 10-wing combo has been $15.10 after tax for a year or two.MyNameIsJeff said:
Alright, I'm adding to my previous reply after going to pluckers again yesterday and it not being paid for by a client...
This place is too damn expensive. I got the $15 dollar 8 wing lunch combo. Cajun had great flavor, but were a little overcooked. Spicy lemon pepper was good. Service was much faster than my experience last week.
Then I got my bill. The combo does not include a drink. A Dr. Pepper was $3.79, bringing my total before tip to over $20. After tip, I was between $24-25. That's ridiculous for lunch. I'll go drive through Wings N More Express and get a 10 wing combo WITH DRINK for $12-13.
That order with four well drinks is not $31Jetty said:

Attempted Pluckers for the first time tonight. Walked in, put our name on the list, then decided to leave. WAY too loud. Total sensory overload. Maybe it's not usually like this but if it is, I don't think we'll be going back. I guess it's a sports-themed place, which is fine, but it was way too much tonight.

Sunday night football.
Chiefs were playing.
Probably hundreds of swifties there.
I'm confused. Is the issue that she doesn't like the new veggie option? Parsnips, sweet potatoes, and ' some other stuff' doesn't sound too bad to me. They are actual vegetables.mason12 said:
We went to Wings and More at Texas and Deacon on Friday night. Learned from the waiter and manager that they changed distributors because the mixed vegetables are completely different (no more green beans, zucchini, squash, and carrots). I believe it was parsnips, sweet potatoes, and some other stuff. My wife normally gets the marinated chicken breast with the veggies. We specifically went to WnM because they have veggies. When looking at the menus for Pluckers and Anchor it doesn't appear they have any vegetables other than salad.
The manager did let us know they are keeping track of complaints. We made the suggestion that we would pay an extra dollar for premium sides if they offered actual vegetables.
Does anyone have suggestions where I can get wings but the wife can get veggies?
ok...read that again.MiMi said:TyHolden said:AggiePhil said:

I've been there a couple of times. It's always loud.
