You were using local assumptions to try to explain something concerning the issue. I'm really not sure what you were trying to say, but regardless, this was a statewide decision. I bet that there are regional discounts for other regional bumps.

Been watching this too as a local teacher. Good to know they apparently worked it out so we an still keep our Dr at least.
TRS removed BSW as an option for insurance this year so we get to "choose" BCBSTX now as our only option for health insurance...BSW insurance was the same price and much better for my family.
