Haha I know. We'll see. Running that place was a lifestyle, not a career. When you make everything from soups to bread from scratch it's a ton of work. Hell we even made our mayo from scratch at the original.
I do think an Eccell Pizza could work in a smaller space etc. But, I'm not willing to trade my quality of life and family time I now have for it so it will have to be perfect. When I was younger it was a means to an end, but now I can actually choose to do it or not as I don't need it.
We get the requests all of the time and there's certainly a part of us that would like to personally see it again.
We have other irons in the fire now, so to do it would be a well decided labor of love under propitious conditions.
