Its like there's a damn barricade around me. Feels like everyone to the east and west of us has gotten slammed and we haven't even got an inch.

I disagree; making that call 12 hours in advance does seem absurd. But it's typical American Airlines procedure. I would have preferred a delay, even an all day delay. Over a flat out cancellation and an offer to get a flight on Monday evening. It's fine, I'm driving straight to my next destination instead of getting to spend a night at home. Hopefully my flight home on Thursday won't have any problems.

There has been over 70 diversions for DFW. If anything AA didn't cancel enough
