Junior's college football idea doesn't make any sense. It will be like a minor league but it'll still have a collegiate aspect.

It will be driven by the SEC, Big 10, and broadcast partners. Athletic Departments are already professionally run. It's likely going to be more than 32 teams because the support and infrastructure are there.
