This is why I've always made fun of her reviews. She doesn't just review the food - if she even does, she reviews the owners and how special or important they make her feel.Martin Q. Blank said:

Is it really $20 for a burger-fries combo?!?!?
I guess so. This is what I found on yelp. Question? When did tipping become a thing for making a burger. I don't tip the people at Whataburger for making a patty. Either way, I won't be going there anytime soon. So many other places just as good. Pete's burger is a great place, for those in the Kingwood, Porter and New Caney area.Coog97 said:

Unfortunately, those prices don't seem too out of line for a non-fast food chain burger combo meal nowadays.Psycho Bunny said:I guess so. This is what I found on yelp. Question? Actually enjoy traveling overseas because tipping is not a thing in some countriesAg_07 said:
That's about right for a non fast food burger in line with places like Beck Prime, Hopdoddy, or 5 Guys.
And f tip if you're not waiting on me.
Yep...I feel like the expectation to be tipped for any and every transaction blew up during Covid. And for a while, I was very generous as I saw it as my way to help businesses going through a government induced hard time. Now I only tip if it's just a one of a kind employee that I can see goes above and beyond.Ag_07 said:

Apparently restaurants in those countries looove American travelers because so many just tip 15-20% out of habit.MarathonAg12 said:Actually enjoy traveling overseas because tipping is not a thing in some countriesAg_07 said:

Man how did that win best burger in America. It looks like an overcooked, thin, smashed up patty that I would find in a family mexican bbq in Houston from my drunk uncle lol.MarathonAg12 said:
