Obviously you have some inside the courthouse information. So I 100% agree with you.

Even without reading your post I would put this on the jury. Another example of why I'm a huge advocate and believer of rural Texas.

Before Ogg took office she notified many really good people and really good prosecutors that they would not have a job in her administration. That office has not been the same since then. Harris County needs another Johnny Holmes. Sadly, I don't think any Texas city will ever have a DA like Holmes, or Susan Reed in San Antonio or Tim Curry in Ft. Worth.

We are headed that way. If judges and DAs keep refusing to charge or adequately convict repeat criminals, the public will start taking justice into their own hands. Those doing so would be cheered on by a sizable portion of the population.

He was indeed out on bond when he killed Kevin. Out on bond from the magistrate in the very court in which he was later tried. The little **** even got in a fight in jail one night during the criminal trial and had to be moved to a different floor with the more violent criminals. The jail recorded him calling his girlfriend and telling her that he got mad and lost his temper and started fighting. It's in his blood. Didn't change the mind of a couple of jurors though.

I will say this, those two kids in the picture have experienced pure hell and have been absolutely resilient thru all this. I know they have bad days, but overall they have been fighting thru with a smile on their faces and doing well in school. To say they have a great support group is an understatement. That's the only positive I've seen in all this…good people coming together to help good people. At least there's some good left in the world…
