Pappas and the City of Houston were in court on Tuesday (and may still be). Anyone hear anything about it?
I found the headline "Pappas Restaurants 'Invented' Causes In Houston Airport Suit" at law360.com but didn't want to register for an account.
My opinion is the new options so far suck and not really looking forward to what is planned.
The transition from the old places to new has been extremely slow taking almost a year to open The Spot and Velvet Taco. Original press releases had every finished in 2024, but looks like only one site is under construction now.
I heard that the new vendor severely misunderstood what equipment and facilities existed at the airport as Pappas did a lot of prep off site thus needing less at the airport. Also heard that the cleanliness has dropped off
