I've heard there smashburger is good though

The new one in garden oaks up by Brash should be nice if the city will stop dicking around with the permits and they can actually finish

Philip, the owner, told me they are leaving the location because the parking sucks there. They are currently on a month to month lease at the moment. The new location will be off of Shepherd and Crosstimbers. It's taking awhile because of all the city permits getting approved

Shepherd/Crosstimbers suits me just fine. I'd be about equidistance between 18th and that location. I actually currently prefer the N. Main location due to the larger restaurant and bar.

I like it because its larger and less crowded (in addition to being closer to home) - but I guess that's part of the problem.

The pizza, potato skins stuffed mushrooms and fried cheese are all pretty good and cheap on HH though they changed the fried cheese recently and they're big & not stringy. Still fried cheese so I like them.

Bummer for Hughie's on Main. It's never really gotten back to pre-covid levels in dine-in. Does make a ton in carryout though.
