8th show for me

I'll be there. I dont remember what section but 1st level in one of the endzones.

If anyone has an extra ticket or two for sale I will take them off your hands!

Looking at resale prices I can't imagine what you floor ticket guys paid. I'd love to go, but dang.

Now with a broken foot - I'm almost considering selling my floor ticket seeing what prices are at

Really bummed about getting hobbled for a show I was hoping to elbow my up front for

When I was looking, the floor tickets, if it's the 'snake pit' or whatever they call it on the floor you're talking about, we're actually reasonably cheap compared to regular seats. But there was no way I was taking an 11 year old girl into that disaster to save a few bucks, so we paid 4x for lower bowl seats

Snake Pit face value was like $1100 each. I could have gotten them, but passed. Crazy.

That's crazy, when I was looking back in March or so, you could get snake pit for something like $200, or at least somewhere down in that area.

That's regular GA floor. It's outside the Snake Pit.

how bad would it be to Uber there and back? Would it be hiked up 'event' pricing coupled with long lines of other people doing the same out of NRG?

Ubering to rodeo has been fine. Afterwards take the train a few stops away and uber from Med Center

Two closest bars would be either at Holiday Inn or Wyndham hotel bars

Pappasitos there by NRG gonna be a disaster at 6 for a show like this? Daughter wants Mexican food before the concert, and trying to decide if we go there or stay away from the stadium for dinner. I'm thinking stay away.

Stay away. Los Tios at Beechnut is our choice.

You can make a reservation FWIW.

The parking lot for that Pappasitos and Pappadeaux is overrun with Escalades that time of day pretty much any day I go by, regardless of concerts or rodeo. Though I'm guessing the 'deaux is the bigger draw. Definitely try to go earlier than 6 if you're committed.

I'd pick pretty much any other Mexican restaurant in town besides that one.

Just go slam margs at armadillo palace in rice village - we usually hit volcano for frozen screwdrivers before NRG shows

Yeah. Eat in Rice Village area.

Park in the garage at Scurlock Tower at the medical center.

Take the rail to NRG.

Yeah, Amadillo Palace has some good TexMex options, or Goode Company Cantina - both on Kirby across from each other.

El Tiempo on Richmond isn't too far if you want to spend a little more time/money.

Anybody else have the early entry tickets? Trying to decide if it's worth it to try to get rail. Would make for a long day, but that's what my son wants to do. No drinking I suppose, which would suck.

Well, yeah of course. Just thinking about standing there for 8 hours without one of us needing to use the restroom.

Is the early entry option a new thing? When they came in summer 2016, I didn't need that at all

I got there at noon and waited outside til 4 for them just to open gate. Hot AF!!! But I got on the rail. Had to wait another 2 hours for opening band to play at 6pm. I had only 1 beer before everything started cuz I didn't want to lose my spot to go pee.

Best show I've ever been to! Getting to see those guys up close is amazing! Long ass f'in day but worth all of it

Any thoughts on the set list? These are from the last 3 shows.
Also looks like they have been getting on stage a little before 9pm and playing just over 2 hours.
