Lived in the house the last 18 years, made lots of updates, moved to a bigger house. No mortgage on the house, owner finance is a possibility, but prefer to sell it outright.

We are moving to Midland and actually looked at the house. Beautiful and the neighborhood is wonderful. Being a corner street scared us and we ended up in Greathouse. Nice to know that the owner was/is an Aggie.

We were a little concerned about the corner when we bought it. It never really bothered us the 18 years we were there. It's priced at 199K because of Garfield. If I could move the house one lot, I could get 250K for the house.

I agree with you 100%....with my job (Enterprise Rent-A-Car, quick resale is our consideration or we may have gone for it. We also passed on the Ave L House off of Neely as well. You'll sell it and the family will be lucky to have it.

Welcome to Greathouse. My wife and I have lived there since '06.

I am over in Crestgate, and we have really liked the neighborhood for the 5 years we have been there. We drive around Greathouse just to get ideas for our own house.

If I hear of anyone coming to town I will try to send them your way MidlandAggie.
