I know that there is a lot of buzz around this development not being planned correctly, etc.

Does anyone actually know when the complex is scheduled to be completed? I have heard that it is supposed to open soon, but cannot find any links for their webpage.

I may be relocating to Midland in early 2011, and would like to get some more information on this complex if anyone has any.
