Yeah that seems really close to the other one at Troup and the loop. But I guess they've done their market analysis and concluded that the hospital district and TJC traffic will be enough to carry that one while loop traffic and UT Tyler spill over is enough to keep the other busy.

Parkside is such a bad name (execution is totally different than what was envisioned during the naming process). Should be 'Clear-cut settlement' or something like that.

I do know they started this week on transplanting trees up to 8 inches around Parkside. Instead of buying new trees that are small, they are transplanting several hundred trees over the life of the project.
