at Hesters you can sit outside if you wish or behind the big glass windows inside. It sits right on the entrance to the port and I never eat lunch there that I don't get to see a tanker or barge come in or go out of the port, often with dolphins as advance men. You also get a nice view of the Harbor Bridge, which is about a block away, and the Lexington, which is just across the Port a ways.
The pelicans, great blue herons, terns, etc, make for some nice sites too. If the weather is decent and the wind is not high it is the most pleasant place in town to enjoy a meal.
