Regency Square in the outer Baylor area is all condo style with living area, dining room and kitchen plus half bath downstairs...bedroom, bath and tons of closet space up. I think they covered water and trash, elec ran $100mo...rent was around $700 I think.

Most of the Baylor students that were there were grad/law students.

Harrell Realty handles duplexes all over the Waco area. They give you a list of availabilities and you look at the places on your own...there are key holders on each door and they give you the codes to open the holder.

A lot of the new engineers where I work end up at Saddlebrook or Saddlebrook west. It's more of a location thing, living up by Baylor would tack on another 10-15 minutes to our commutes. They're nice apartments, but a little on the pricey side considering they're a bit older than some of the other options around.
