Anyone have experience with this software?
I'm hesitant to make changes to my F150 but I need to.

Do the mirrors auto-fold on startup?dave99ag said:
What changes are you wanting to do?
I did mostly benign stuff like auto-fold mirrors, disabling the sounds at startup, seat belt alarms, etc. It's fairly easy to do if you follow online tutorials and the spreadsheet (got that from F150 forums).
This stuff...dave99ag said:

I did the Lincoln-style, which fold out when I open the driver door. This is on a 2018 Lariat, so I'm not certain all of the models it will work on.ThatOneAg said:Do the mirrors auto-fold on startup?dave99ag said:

I bought the cable and I have the software installed...I was reading that I need a license of some sort? But I don't know where to get that.htxag09 said:
Really just need to invest in the cables or go to 1ags' one weekend. Also, FWIW you can disable the seat belt alert without FORScan. It's in the manual.
Want to:
Auto fold mirrors
Change blinker to 5 blinks
Revise power point access to 2 hours after truck turned off
Disable fake car noise

2. A FORScan extended license (you must make an account on their forums and be approved) you'll need to download a new license every few months once the old one expires. When generating a license file from the link above, it will ask for Hardware ID; this can be found in FORScan under the steering wheel icon. After you download the license file go back into FORScan to the steering wheel icon and push button at the top to point FORScan to wherever you downloaded the license file to on your computer. FORScan will restart after this and should then show you have an extended license in the steering wheel icon page in FORScan and you're ready to program. Click here for a video on implementing the license.
Haven't decided if I want to disable the auto start/stop....honestly doesn't bother me.Agmechanic said:
