I actually prefer the interior and styling of the LC over the GX. However, we aren't even considering the LC because we need 3 rows.

No, people buy the GX because it looks expensive. And there's nothing wrong with that. At least SOME of the people that buy the LC have intentions of doing LC stuff with it. While I do know a guy with a GX that wheels the hell out of it, it's not the norm.
I guess, unless you want a really expensive tow vehicle.
