They are here. It's called the Bronco Sport. It was just reskinned/rebadged for the US market




100% false.

The Bronco Sport is a unibody CUV and shares the C2 platform with the Escape and Maverick. The Everest is a body-on-frame SUV built on the Ranger's T6 platform.

You're 100% right.

Had the Bronco platform it was based on wrong in my head. Either way, my main point is still correct. It's here in the US and has been for sale for several years now with different sheet metal.

That Everest is a 1000x better looking than the Bronco Sport. They need to kill the latter and replace it with Everest here.

I think there's room in the segment for the Everest.

The Bronco sport will be the lone smaller SUV with the death of the Escape. So it will also get a hybrid variant.

The Everest and Bronco should be able to sell alongside eachother and not encroach on sales.
